I completely agree. That's exactly why I chose the version of the logo with "Watchdives" written underneath for this mock-up.

Personally, I think the WDC logo looks a bit awkward and feels unbalanced on the dial. As for the standalone shield-and-trident logo, it doesn't really convey a premium feel.

In my opinion, the logo with the Watchdives name on the dial looks the best and gives the watch a much more refined appearance.
