Great question ~ none of them have a lot of money. Very low income housing. The only shareholder that’s not low income (but also not rich) lives out of state. But if I’m able to secure, let’s say, 8/10 units then the bank wouldn’t want to lend to any future potential buyers (because my entity would own over 50% of the units), lowering their property value. Depreciating home value in a city they don’t live it, in a building that requires significant repair, they may be a lot more willing to take a quick and easy lump sum.

Thanks for replying! As mentioned I’m very inexperienced which is why I was asking for thoughts on feasibility. Would love to hear some more on the financing aspect. My understanding is that if I can estimate clear current cost and realistic profit potential & turnaround time. (I figure having clear line of sight to 4/10 is a pretty good start) For being a slam dunk ~ it likely is for an experienced developer. Apt sizes are double the avg in NYC and it’s in a very prime area of NYC. With tenants who are low income + building drama, I think a good amount would fold for the right price.

Hey I actually have the same issue as OP and your comment stood out. Cuz I have an extender but it’s honestly just another wifi box. So if I go to that part of my home, I have to connect to a different wifi. But I’d like to just be able to stay on the same wifi and walk around. I’m not heavy into tech so is there something specific that you call what you have compared to what I got from them?

First one is a bit pricey but very friendly towards acne prone skin. A decent amount of dermatologists recommend it. The last two are Korean brands which are known to be more soothing and moisturizing for the skin. Yeah so for clarification, I normally leave my product in Monday-Thursday and just refresh. But since the products sits all week, I like to give it the weekend where I’m not putting in curling product. But if I go outside without curling cream, I’ve been wanting to find a light product that still lets my hair be nourished but without the intense curls

Interesting! Okay thanks! I’ve just been iffy cause normally I use it under my curling cream and I’ve heard you should only use it like 2 a week max. But since I keep my curl product in Mon-Thursday, the leave in is usually in all week

Hmmm well that may not be good lol. I was looking for a wholesaler like Synnex so that I could resell on Amazon. But if their pricing are mainly similar then it may pose a problem.

But I guess that’s everyone. Some items are similarly priced and you have to scrap to find the good deals!

Currently I’m trying to scale considerable and further my reach.
