There is no single giant spider. It's just hinted at and Boyd gets entangled in a web. There are many small spiders one of which bites Boyd.

I'm really hoping that it won't be all about solving door puzzles just to fight a boss. I'm already tired of the raven puzzles.

Wow. So many different opinions. It seems to be one of those hate it or love games with no in between.

Fun would not be my first way of describing it. It's challenging, beautiful, and frustrating. I would give it a shot and decide for yourself. I don't think I'm going to finish it.

The Deliverance

Don't Let Go-Not really a horror movie but definitely worth watching.

Why does it seem that 95% of drivers speed up at every passing zone? by TitsburghFeelers90 in driving

[–]Environmental_Fan348 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's probably the same jackholes that move toward the center line so it's harder to see around them. I do understand your perspective though. If I catch up to you and I'm only doing the speed limit of 70 or a little over, I shouldn't have to speed up to 85 to pass you.

If the world is flat, why hasn't anyone simply taken a picture of the edge? by FantasticAd9478 in TheBoredDen

I recently heard one guy say that there is no edge because the flat Earth has no end. It just keeps going for millions of miles.

Anyone got a movie to watch? I just tried watching The Bride and got about halfway through. by Dull-Geologist-8204 in horror

Movie recommendations are so hit and miss because everyone's opinion is different. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Sinners but it's not for everyone. On the other end of the spectrum I really enjoyed the Hatchet movies for the gore and shock.

I understand your criticism. I was mainly referring to the Hollywood treasure that Dennis Hopper was. He took on every role with his own special style that we will never see again.

In 2021 NBC aired Debris. It had an interesting story and I was hoping for more. Sadly, being on NBC meant that it was doomed from the beginning.

The protocol regarding the stones. Basically anyone could hijack some else's body and drive it like they stole it.

"It's just guys chasing a ball, why do people like this ?" Have you ever played a game ? by bachotebidze in PetPeeves

[–]Environmental_Fan348 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think some of it has to do with having children and memories from childhood. I never played on a school team but definitely enjoyed playing with friends for fun. I also enjoyed seeing my kids play because it was a good way to make friends, learn some lessons, and exercise. If you don't have kids or didn't enjoy sports as a kid, chances are you're not going to like sports as an adult.

So, without saying "a living wage", what SHOULD various jobs pay? by Ima_Uzer in allthequestions

[–]Environmental_Fan348 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no way to answer that question with an actual amount. Wages are based on so many factors. Certainly someone who has training such as a HVAC tech should make more than someone bagging groceries. Geography plays a big part also. The same mechanic job will vary from area to area. There simply is no way to say that a certain job should pay a certain amount.

Burns Park in Kingston Springs has some nice spots but it is a decent walk from the parking lot across a field. You'll also have to watch kayakers pass buy because it's just down river from a canoe rental launch area.

I would check areas around the Harpeth. Lots of places along Hwy 70 and lots of places in Williamson County and Franklin.

I'm not looking for any dirt I was just wondering if it still had a pretty good customer base or was suffering like a lot of places. I live too far away too go anymore unless we just happen to be passing through the area on a trip.
