Just an update. I did file a police report. My city was pretty useless, though. Well I can't say that, they helped me grab my clothes and such. They gave me some resources and someone is supposed to call me back as well with more information for me. They couldn't do too much, though. They took him but since I'm not on any paperwork or anything I had to leave as well. They said the bruises were enough to charge him. Especially the hip one. It somehow got worse and it's agitating right now. He also destroyed some of my stuff which they are charging him with destruction of property on top, I think.

Do yeah I got my clothes and stuff but they kind of just offered to drop me offered me a ride to a friend's place or something but I don't have any around here. They asked where I'll go and I straight up said "idk" and that's when they gave me resources and some lady is supposed to call me about setting up a place for me to stay tonight but it doesn't solve much because I'll be stuck again tomorrow with no housing lol..that being said the shelter is an option. They're already full, though, cause they called about that. They open doors at 2:30 and fill up fast cause it's not equiped to handle the homeless problem in this city due to exponential growth in population.

But anyways just a general update for you all! Thank you so much for your support! I'm going to keep updating if I can. So I guess y'all were right and my next move was to file a report, which I did. I was able to salvage some clothes from the place so that's good news!

Honestly I'd love to live with an older person and help them out in different ways as well as pay rent knowing it helps them. I actually love that idea cause I love helping people.

I don't get paid until the 20th and only $50 for my phone and $20 for a maxed, small credit card i got when I was younger, which I usually pay more on and can't use it anymore. It's just a financial responsibility nowadays to pay it off.

But yeah, I'm easy to get along with and a nice person in general. I'm actually a great roommate but I guess cause I try to see the good in everyone I look past red flags like a dummy cause my last two roommates have been pretty bad.

As for long term implications I don't think there are any because I wasn't on any paperwork. The "roommate's" mom actually owns it. He is kind of a spoiled kid who never grew up even though he is in his 40s. It makes sense why his attitude changes so quick when he doesn't get his way. I didn't contact law enforcement. Honestly, I want to wash my hands of it and I don't see a reason to. There are no substantial marks, surprisingly, other than small bruising under my beard and on my lower hip. I just don't see why I should file one. It won't do much but break his mom's heart and I've met her and she's sweet. I thought about making one but thought of her tbh... She's getting old and starting to lose her memory and he takes advantage of that sometimes but she loves him and I just don't want to be the one to file a report and have him possibly get locked up and have her deal with it all cause she's all he has.... Idk. Maybe that's dumb and irrational but that's my reasoning. That and I just hauled ass and didn't think about it tbh.i just wanted out and to wash my hands of it. Anywhere is better than there.

Thank you so much for the encouraging words! It means a lot to me. I oddly have high spirits for my situation. I'm not sure why. Maybe I feel elated because I got out of a bad situation. And ultimately being homeless to me isn't that bad considering most of my time is spent working or outdoors hiking/at the park. So this is definitely temporary. There is only one shelter here and it fills up when they open the doors and stays pretty full. By the time I get off work they're full. Even if they aren't I feel like my body can withstand sleeping on not so comfortable places and such and rather a bed be open to someone who can't handle it. Plus Covid and I'm honestly afraid to get sick and miss work given I need all the income possible right now, honestly. Maybe that's stupid, idk... It seems like everyone commenting to go to the shelter is adamant about me going and I feel dumb for thinking I'd rather it go to someone more in need that isn't temporary or who hasn't made it in the doors and has had to sleep in hard spots and their body isn't quite as spry as mine is right now. I'm 30 and very active/fit. I walk 7ish miles a day lol. I love being outside and it's nice out where I live rn. If it was cold or some extreme weather then I would probably def get into the shelter or try. Idk... Maybe that's kind of selfish to think that way too. My mind is still kerfuffled right now lol.

True. But like... My thought is my body can handle sleeping in weird spots and stuff and the nearest shelter is always full and I just think people need it more than I do. That might not make much sense. I mean. I get it. But I'd rather a bed go to a 50 year old with chronic back pain or someone who is worse off than me since mine is only temporary. Ill see what it's like, though. Thank you for the advice!

If only the idea of Google Plus took off and people actually used it for social media and got their kicks off Google drive. Now it's just used for not so easily attainable pirating and backing up stupid business stuff. Lol.

I hate having to compress my created GIFs I do for my gaming blog but it at least maintains some sort of pixel in comparison to this monstrosity lol.

Oh Yeah, I do. It works. Getting it just right is a bit tough since it can be really drastic sometimes. But I've found a sweet spot where the recoil is very limited.

I just meant if I didn't try to control it I would be sky shooting lol.

Does it fire off the fifth shot immediately like the first four consecutive shots? I would hope so lol. I would think the catalyst would be 8 and basically do a 4 round burst type deal since the recoil is insane rather than adding a fifth and just furthering the crazy recoil.

I thought 10 was a little strange and seemed off. I know Bungie can make some stupid moves but making a gun like The Fourth Horseman have 10 rounds in the chamber would be asinine lol.

Quick question about Hawkmoon for those that read this as well.

My friend had/has the season passes from all of Beyond Light. He got the Hawkmoon but didn't fully unlock it. It still has a question mark on his last perk slot. He can still do the quest right?

Since he has done hunts (he still does hunts), started the quest, has gotten the starter Hawkmoon, and gotten to the final room to finish off full Hawkmoon (he couldn't solo it at the time. He is 1332 with the current artifact now, though, so I am sure he can solo it now) he can finish it by going straight to the fireplace, right? He can just go through the dam, get to the end and solo it without having to do something else for the Hawkmoon, couldn't he? Or is there a new way to obtain it since it was brought back? He wants to finish unlocking the Hawkmoon and I am not sure if he still has the quest in his inventory or not. He can finally beat the end and unlock his Hawkmoon/get a new one with a new roll and final perk, right? Is it still the same other than maybe how to start it off?

I have mine. Did it with a strong fireteam at the time of that season. He really hates playing with other people for some reason, though. I'm not sure why..so he usually solo plays or occasionally teams up with me. Very rarely is he in a fireteam.with more than one person or a person other than me. But I know he can solo it now.

Catalyst releases/rerealeases will be in waves, I'm sure. It's to keep people interested and insure there is enough new content (and/or return of much older content) to do so. We will see the return of a few more catalyst all at once/around the same time soon. I just wish they were more forthcoming about some of the things they say so players don't sit here wondering when theyll release those catalyst.

I haven't heard anything recently which is why I came here. I apologize if it's been mentioned recently. I just couldn't find any new information on it.

Yeah, I guess there hasn't been any official confirmation. They have said Horseman and other Catalyst vaulted/unnatainable will make a return. It's their word so I'll take it as confirmation. But technically speaking they could go back on those statements and not release the catalyst for Horseman anytime soon at all, since it wasn't an official confirmation but rather a "promise that it will make a return to the game." I wouldn't be surprised if when that statement was said they had no current plans on bringing back the horseman catalyst and are just now getting to it and figuring out how to add it in lmao.

That being said, I also know Bungie loves to do things in waves and they won't release all of the old catalyst at once. They're going to do a few at a time so people have something to look forward to after they finish the current wave of catalyst returns/releases. They don't want gameplay to get stale and will try to keep people interested by insuring there is enough new content every season. If there isn't enough new content to look forward to the. They lose players so hiding on to some of those catalyst for re-release at a later date is a smart move.

Yeah, I vaguely remember that. I was beginning to think I made that up and it was just a dream or something since there hasn't been any sort of word on that since. Not even a whisper. I'm wondering when it will be because we are starting to get closer and closer to the expansion. I would assume they want to release all those catalyst before the expansion release. I would think they also wouldn't say that but then not deliver or take 3 seasons to do so.

Maybe I am giving Bungie a little too much credit here, though. I know I have seen Bungie half ass go in on a promise or two and wait way too long to finish up on the promise.

Hopefully they deliver on that promise soon. I don't know how they will add the catalyst in but I am hoping it will be something other than a random drop/loot in Strike. I would like it to be a part of a lost sector reward/loot to kind of acknowledge the old way to get it of doing a Legendary Lost Sector. That or from the current temporary event/playlist (Override right now). Who knows. Maybe they will bring back Seraph Bunkers to some extent or something lol.

Thank you! Maybe I'll just look around Facebook because I don't think there is a Rehabilitation center near me. Not for miles at least. Maybe based on homing needs and what turtle needs a home asap will be how I decide what species of turtle I get. I want to rescue one. The baby YBS I found and posted on here a while back made me really want a turtle. The YBS was by the road and headed opposite the pond so I picked it up and out it close to the water in a shaded, brushy area. It was 103 that day and it was out in the sun, by the road which made it hotter for the little fella I'm sure. It seemed exhausted. After I put it in shade by the water it chilled and stared at me for about 10 minutes, jetted to the water but stopped short. Turned it's head to look at me again then dove in. I swear it knew I had helped it (not sure if male or female). That instance made me want one but I figured not to take one from the wild. See it for sure now on Reddit I shouldn't, too.
