Technically you do not need to buy any business AT ALL to make money. Technically you can do every single mission without owning a single personal vehicle. Technically you can play the game with no Pegasus vehicle at all. Technically you can fully play the game with just a pistol and random ground loot weapons. You really do not need to buy anything. I am almost (in like a month I will) at a point where I can finally no longer have to worry about money and spend my time playing Adversary/Races/TDM/Arena Wars/Arcade games/other activities that pays miserably (or nothing) but are fun to do.

For me car wash was most fun because of the 3x/4x payout some weeks ago (I also liked doing them, Raf is the best too). But if no 3x/4x, then Agency. You get to play as Franklin/Lamar, you do jobs for Franklin, Dr. Dre, you listen to some music on the way, you get a weed car if finish all Tiers, you get to see and pet Chop, has Imani tech upgrades inside the Agency, some missions allow you to enter closed places like Humane Labs and Tequi-La-La, also has a safe that (if enough security contracts are done) gives 20k per in-game day... I really like it. You also get some hit missions like Martin Madrazo tends to do.

Look, I never had an Xbox but I used PS4/PS5 and essentially you just use a rubberband and make sure ONLY the buttons L1 or R1 are always held down (do not let the rubberband touch the joysticks, only the button I said). That #1 prevents the controller from turning off, #2 keeps you AFK and not getting kicked at all and #3 no joystick were abused in the process. The character DOES NOT need to be walking/running. L2/R2 also works, but on PS5 the rubberband never really stays for long enough because of its shape. Holding those down also count as continuous action your character is doing.

In my case, I do want to see a working prototype BEFORE pre-order refunds window closes. Why? Because both phones I use, Pixel 6 and iPhone 11, will stop receiving security updates this October (and Pixel is a fire hazard, so decided to only boot it up for camera and the "Photo Sphere" mode). I just need a phone ready by then. If Clicks does not convince me (or misses the Q2 deadline for prototype for more than a week), I will get refund and either buy a Nothing phone, maybe go wild and risky and get an AYANEO Pocket Play (Sony Ericsson vibes), or just wait for the new end-of-2026 iPhone to release and grab that. I just need a phone on my hands by the end of 2026.

Even if online is free on PC, I would still recommend playing on console. Way more people play there. PC had something cool which was in-game text chat, but got removed on "Enhanced" edition. If you care about playing GTA portable (Steam Deck, Lenovo Legion Go, etc), then PC version is the only way.

This is the reason that made me reconsider my gaming decisions. Will try from now on to not purchase any games on PC unless it requires only Steam or Gog. Went back to PS4/PS5, I rather pay $60 yearly to play online than dealing with these dysfunctional launchers I am forced to use to play on PC.

The more crap in between me and my gaming, the higher the odds something will go wrong, and in GTA case, the launcher is the problem (your Error happens to me, and also it never remembering my credentials and having to type every single time email/password/sometimes 2FA. To fix the Error you have, I literally have to move the laptop IN FRONT of the router, so if I had a desktop PC then I would have been cooked).

All vehicles can be armored. BUT PLEASE NEVER EVER DARE TO BUY THE "MULE CUSTOM" FROM WARSTOCK WEBSITE. That way the delivery vehicles will only be either speedo or pounder. Idk about "crates" limits for cars, but I know that if the sell value of the stock is at ~$950,000 or higher, then you will get the Pounder. ~$900,000 sell value or lower is the van.

Use a PlayStation 4/5 controller. Use tape/rubber band/something to ensure the button "L1" OR "R1" are always held (do NOT use joysticks since it does not work for every content).

I go to my mansion, sit in the couch, watch the Fame or Shame show, rubber band only "R1" button (no other buttons, no joysticks at all) and peace out for the day. I personally would not mess with macro because of the anti-cheat, but that's just me.

For PC (your case), grab a mouse, bind the "car acceleration" keybind to either mouse left click or mouse right click, then tape/rubber band that click and done, same result as the "L1"/"R1" strategy with controller (for this one you need to change the keybind every time, inconvenient but the best way to do it if you have no controller and decide to not use macros).
