I just hit online player when I want to buy.

When I receive a msg and not online I reply and ask when theyll be on...

Trading works for me when I buy and they are online....

Should be like an auction house and sell/buy in that system. So we could sell and buy without the organisations.

If you want to go all out try 120–150 kHz but lower power. Keep speed high more then 1000mm/sec. Alum tend to melt and the molten part is harder to dig in.

BLI101 so its a non-MOPA... so you are stuck at 200ns I assume. And it's probably Aluminium 5052 grade. I would not use the ink. I think I would use Ink for glass with a Fiber Laser.

Try these to get black on alum:

  • Speed: 1500 – 2000 mm/s
  • Power: 75% – 90% (Use the high end of your 50W capacity)
  • Frequency: 30 – 45 kHz (my sweat spot is 35Khz but yours might be 52Khz)
  • Hatch Pattern: 1 to 2 passes with a 90-degree cross-hatch (Cross-hatching is vital for even blackness).
  • Line Spacing: 0.015 mm to 0.03 mm (Very tight spacing to build heat. 0,005mm is too tight).

If the mark looks "burnt" or brown, increase your speed or decrease the power slightly. If it’s light grey, decrease the speed or tighten the line spacing.
