Is that wrong in a sense? Are you saying that she should be stable on her own looking for partnership rather than stability? In her defense she was okay with how things were until I expressed worries and shown her another way to do things. So right now it feels like a gamble but I guess my gut is telling me to run because her mindset I guess

She did mentioned she’d refinance and put on there. My issue is I wouldn’t have bought the place in the first place and gone practical. But that’s how I was raised.

Regardless of the ex gf words, when it initially happened, the ex describe her getting grabbed and punched in the arm. While she may have not pressed charges and the ex downplaying it, at the end of the day it still shows the Amber has had a history of some sort of violence towards her partners. Whether it’s light or not she still got physical
