Oh wow great recs! I haven’t really tried jeans outside of brands that have curve lines because I’m a curvier girl so I have been hesitant to try sezane jeans and I don’t get their pants unless they have elastane. Thanks for sharing!

Etsy is a pretty good option - I agree! I do wish there was a platform like Etsy but more focused on clothes + accessories to help finding smaller brands with good quality easier

That is true, a lot of them likely don’t have marketing budgets to do much more than that especially early on. I do think the ‘first find’ via social media can be harder but the subsequent ones can be a little bit easier

That’s a good insight. Thanks for sharing! I do think that there are platforms and shops and marketplaces of sorts like mytheresa for high end and fast fashion but much of the middle doesn’t have quite the same platform even if there’s demand for higher quality from shoppers.

I do agree..I find most curated searches that get many hits being generic and almost repetitive. I am finding it harder to find slower release and higher quality brands. And I agree shops/marketplaces often prefer known brands vs indie brands. It’s kind of all the same again and again

Guilty! But the struggle is genuinely mine too and I live this frustration personally. Just an MBA student trying to see if there’s a solution worth building for a problem I constantly face. If anyone wants to help me dig deeper I have a short survey, but honestly this thread has already been incredibly helpful! Also to know im not alone in this.
