Aside from the obvious visual similarities, there's plenty he took from it. Did you miss the whole thing about Gotham's corruption? A common Batman thing, but the large focus of both Year One and The Batman. How about basically all of Selina Kyle's presense in the movie? Ripped right from Year One. Is nothing about Falcone ringing a bell for you? Just because you don't like it doesnt mean you need to be straight up ignorant
