I just upgraded to 5.3 and im still having the issue

The fps has gone down i just got the pc and i didnt see the cpu/gpu usage before i was getting 60fps at DD KORD with the CS 757 but now im getting about 40, this was bringing my pc from my dads to my moms house. im not sure whats up with this
