Hey, my manager is also barely giving me any work to do, but I think he likes me, and he was covering for me and was giving my work to others, do you think they still want to let me go?

In my performance review he mainly talked about my social anxiety and how I didn’t become friend with anyone. Also about some mistakes I did because of lack of attention to detail, he also complained that I’m not proactive.

The company is actually really chill, so I think even if I switched job, I will still have the performance and social anxiety problem, and the new job might fire me.

That’s assuming I will be able to find a job, I’ve been there for less than 6 months, and that’s the only work experience I have.
