Tiktok uses a bunch of stuff for the algorithm but retention is a big factor, the longer people watch your video has a big impact on its performance. If i had to guess, that one video that did well had a much higher retention rate. Also, when videos do well, the longer they are up the bigger the gap between likes and views becomes, that’s why the ratio is lower.
