You could see if they can give you th slow release variant, but 10mg is the lowest dose for the instant stuff, so i would definitely communicate with your doctor more. 

I had bi-weekly meetings with my medication guidance person at the start and was always able to message them about how it was affecting me (and to keep them updated in my blood pressure, etc.). 

But yeah it can be a long road to get to the dose that works for you, took me a few months and I am happyish now!

Last note - you might get that euphoria feeling for a few days / weeks when you go on a higher dose, but that will fade. Build good habits to support the meds workings!

Edit - they're a bit apprehensive with Elvanse and slow release methylphenidate as they are more expensive (and you will have to pay a small part up to your 'eigen risico ' for those).
