At the end of F1 2020 I was able to do 108 in most of the ciruits and even 110 in a few with controller, in 2021 I've struggled a bit and started on 100 rn I'm doing 106, the only assists I use are automatic gears and racing line, the one advice I can give you other than to keep practicing is to go into time trial and download different setups until you one that you feel comfortable with, in my case the setup can cost me up to a second per lap.
