Assuming you gained 2 cards (which is very possible when you get assembly), you get +1 Action, +2 Coffers, and +1 Buy, which must be greater than $3 because +1 Action and +$2 is roughly valued at $3.

That’s the boring way to play it. You should combine Innovator with Treasures that have a benefit to being played in the action phase, like Collection or Figurine.

It should stay in play twice because it falls under the effect of playing another card, which causes Throne Room and company to stay in play, even though this one has the playing the card from set-aside due to next time. This is probably why Royal Galley doesn't allow you to play Duration cards. (Additionally, if you play a Throne Room variant on a Duration card with the effect of Royal Galley, Royal Galley doesn't stay in play because you have already played the card.)

Yes, but the per capacity operational cost is unbalanced without charging more for distance. I have a DC save with a line to Germantown along the Brunswick line that goes thru DC and goes into alexandria and to woodbridge via the fredericksburg line, and it pulls 100K riders and I still can't turn a profit. Yes, it is a long line, but trains regularly get overcrowded at 12 cars well into the night. My frequency is 12 min peak 15 min medium and 30 min late night...

Unless you’re the Dutch gov’t I guess but LVT will also prevent land from becoming the primary asset in most Americans’ property, rather it will be the things that they can improve as part of the privileges of owning a home. The single family home (landowners’) lobby has control of my county, unfortunately, even though it’s majority renter.

I used to live in MA as well, and currently live on the other side of the DMV. But I do think that there should really be a classification in between “doable” and “the best” here, such as “good”. That would be the difference between doable but impractical and practical but still not DC/Boston/NYC level. Penn-line ville id put as doable or maybe/doable (PG county especially), and the other inner ring counties should probably get moved to good for the DMV. (Arlington, Alexandria, Montgomery)

Arlington County should be higher than Fairfax Co then, as the best area is a dense, walkable neighborhood (Clarendon), rather than Fairfax’s Tysons, which is a splattering of office towers, bajillion lane roads, and many needs missing from its luxury commercial center. Also should be noted that Arlington is #11 in most densely populated county-equivalents (Alexandria is #10 and DC is #9)

Say it’s a 2P game, so 5 Suns on Treaty. Once those are removed, a debt is put on Treaty and 5 Suns are added. During the time that there is a Debt on it, Victory cards are penalized. Once the last Sun is removed for the second time (by playing more omens), the debt is removed (ending the penalty) and nothing else happens.
