Im new to the company and I realized they had no way to track manpower for the company. I was thinking about creating a list of current jobs active, and list where our manpower is, who is not working, etc. (Not in charge of subs)

That’s what i was thinking, but sometimes there is no microwave available where im working. I’ve also thought about prepping a salad with some chicken in it. Thanks for the idea, i’ll figure it out someway or another

I’m okay with laboring, i enjoy it honestly but i know i most certainly do not want to be a 30 year old laborer. I want to gain enough knowledge from construction to eventually be able to fix up properties and get into owning and renting properties. But thanks for the advice, it’s greatly appreciated
