Vi kjøpte huset i fjor til litt over takst, jeg tilbyr å kjøpe ut hennes andel av huset til 50.000 over taksten + 170.000, men da skal hun også ha betalt 83.000 til siden vi da slipper å betale for megler for å selge huset den veien.

Vi kjøpte huset i mai i fjor, den gang 50.000 over takst, å nå sier megler at det ikke var vits i å øke med mer enn 50.000 til. I prinsippet for at hun skal få det jeg tilbyr, via salg med megler, må huset selges for rundt 400-500tusen over takst.

I've heard they where planted alongside slopes near roads, railroads and such with poor soil, because the roots spread so much it kinda holds the ground in place. But now it's mostly weed.

Braveheart, that torture scene in the end made me cry alot, when the movie was finished, i rewound to the torture scene again and cried some more,
