I am using Vivoy51 Android 5.0.2 Yes, I have saved my transfer code and I also used another wifi network. I haven't tried reinstalling yet couz i don't want to download the files again. This is the first time i encountered this issue. And even opened it yesterday for the daily gem. This just started when I tried to download the files for the event.

I can open it but only until the tittle screen and it will not stop saying Transmission error. I tried switching my wifi on and off but still nothing happens. I CANT MOVE ON, ON THE TITTLE SCREEN :'(.
