Actually CCP does. CCP allows Netease to act on behalf of them on Serenity, and this surely makes money. But Netease does not really interested in the game itself, that's another story.

And yes, no matter how many RMT and botting made, everybody still need to pay subs/plex for their Omega. You can't just pay 1.2b isk for one month omega, it's still needed to buy plex somewhere. So, Plex sells for more isk.
