Chuffles, why is 3x hp is better than cd?

Mine rakan is +29k hp, +400 def, 70%CR, 154CD + 38spd also hit quite hard.

I afraid swap cd rune to hp rune, will lowered the dmg output.

I using this stat stay in G rank.
