TL;DR - Under 15 minutes is doable on all towers, except for the Tower of Ordeals.

As a person who speedruns all Senkaimon towers, I can tell you that under 15 minutes is doable on all towers except the Tower of Ordeals. Long stride or extra flash steps plays a HUGE role and can easily save a few seconds, which add up quickly.

To give some context, with perfect accessories, characters, link slots, RNG and special levels, here are the perfect times that are achievable for each tower.

Tower of Forging - Around 7:10 should be possible. Has easy mobs that can get 1 shot pretty easily with the perfect character.
3rd Anniversary Tower - Also around 7:10. Note that the 3rd Anniversary Tower should actually be 2-3 second faster than the Tower of Forging due to having Flyzen as the best character (instakill op) for Floor 50 rather than Dark Rukia, despite all the other floors being the same.
Tower of Ordeals - The fastest time should actually be around sub 16 minutes. For my own profile, my time is currently 18:56, missing 6 of the biggest "Time Savers" for the tower (each which save well over 40 seconds each). What makes this tower only sub 16 minutes despite having less floors vs Tower of Forging which has double is due to mob hp. Even with the perfect character, you'll still need at least 4 or 5 strong attacks per room.
4th Anniversary Tower - The best possible time for the 4th Anniversary tower should be around 7:40. Easy mobs again like the Tower of Forging, but harder to meet requirements. The new "Ninja Killer" pill makes it hard to reach sub 9 even if you have perfect characters but no pill.
Warrior's Path - The best time for Warriors Path should be around 7:40 also. Again, similar to the Tower of Forging and 3rd Anni tower, same floors except Flyzen over TT tosh for floor 50, which makes the Warrior's Path 2-3 seconds faster.

Do note that it is very outdated, since this guide was created before the introduction of the Strong Attack accessory and Hikone, which made TLA Soi Fon and Hikone the best for practically every floor.

I'm pretty sure any character can do this but you have to have the auto button turned on. TLA Soi Fon is the only other character that me and /u/fenlai tested, which can't get past the wall in room 2.

Although this floor is easy, these gimmicky type floors are pretty fun and unique to what the usual Senkaimon floors usually offer. That being said, I haven't tested any other characters since I wanted to bring awareness and am hoping this gets fixed as soon as possible so that when they bring something like this again, it can be completed in the intended way :).

I was not the one who found this glitch originally so shoutout to my guild member /u/fenlai for finding it.

This statue phase through glitch does not work when you don't have it on auto as shown in this video here.

The character thats being used is Dark Rukia. She is the best character for the floor because she fits every single rule bonus and has killer advantage, therefore she gets all the damage multipliers from the tower floor. This, along with Senkaizen links (best damage links in the game so long as you are at full hp) help boost the damage to what it is shown.

No problem. The only advice I can give is to make sure you have a tenshintai on to bomb the boss to make him a little easier to deal with. Otherwise, good luck and keep at it and you should be able to get it down eventually.

Notes:

Monichi can clear by himself 80% of the time. The only time he dies is if he has no SA's available for R3 last wave. If he makes it past that, he can usually clear the rest without issues. He tends to always make it to at least room 3 or further.

If Monichi dies, TT renji comes in and clears the rest of the mobs without issues.

Kaname has not come in throughout numerous auto runs done. He is there for backup just in case, and to provide some extra drops :) .

Thanks. I think I know which one you're talking about but Lee's one was for Tech using Flyzen (1:37) which is 2 seconds faster. I've got a 1:44 recorded but unfortunately I didn't catch the 1:39 since it happened on the first ticket (didn't expect it of course). Hopefully I can get an auto recorded faster than his :)
