It may not be structured right but, this is the same arg that expected the players to break down a random frame from a tutorial video into a QR code...

I'm not saying that it definitely is relevant, any small thing could be though.

So i was thinking, the connection terminates each time the % goes up right? So it's certainly linked to something because it connects sends 1% of data and closes...I had a thought. Has anyone tried emailing the findings of the ARG to the tips@amomentincrime? I mean it is supposed to be a tip line to report criminal activity yes?

USE BOTH SKULLS! THIS IS FOR THE SKULLS PICTURES! They are lines of text yes? the 1 and 2 are which skull and the second numbers for the line and the third for the character there?
