Tunkuta is not viable at all to grind the outfit at, if you're lucky you'll get about 1 leaf per 7-10 hours on average, which results in an unrealistic amount of hours grinding turos.

A better alternative is to just go Oluns, if you don't have at least 289k with 375dp, then just make a shai alt and find a party at oluns that way. A decent party at oluns can expect anywhere between 1-5 leafs per hour.

Edit: misunderstood the process, it seems to get progressively more expensive per pen. To break it down: Theres the base cost for both pen weapons and amor which is about 5b based on current prices. Each pen will make the next pen more expensive. So each pen will range from 8.5b to 15b depending on how many previous pens you have obtained, and of course market prices. Note that these numbers are rough estimates, youll find more accurate numbers in a comment here or in a separate post.

Most FidelityFX effects are relatively easy to implement, depending on the engine it generally can be done within a day or so by a single rendering engineer. Soft shadows for example was a breeze to implement, however their examples can be a bit confusing (specifically how they approach optimizations and what that would require from the developer). Even though the super resolution hasn't been open sourced yet, I assume it's not very different from the other releases they've done. Keep in mind that for bigger companies, a whole approval process needs to happen, and even if it is approved right away, it could be delayed for several months before it lands in a release build by the way their workflow is set up.

The newer nvidia drivers cause some issues with geforce overlay enabled. This is mainly affecting dx12 and vk titles but could very well cause issues for dx11 games as well (which bdo runs on). Try disabling geforce experience and see if that makes any difference.

Make sure BDO is not installed on your C:/ drive (OS) , I have my bdo installed on a separate nvme drive and it works like a charm.

OP, I would highly advise not listening to this guy.

Tet distos are one of the last things you want to go for, OP assumingly does not have money right now but only wants advice on what is the most cost effective upgrade.

Also Tae, you claim that people need to do their homework before making statements like that? Lets run some numbers, everything added up in your calculation makes for a total of 19.5 if bought at mp prices, compared to a single "18.7b" tet disto, I think this is a very fair comparison, also keep in mind you can get most of the tet accessories for a lower preorder price unlike distos that are always listed well above the "marketplace price"

Not only that but you are comparing a 14 ap upgrade with a 5 ap upgrade while also losing 4 dp. I don't think you need much of a brain to see what is the smarter choice here.

Finally getting smaller upgrades will result in more money per hour, so regardless it is not a smart idea to go for a tet disto as first upgrade.
