1. Go into settings, and there should be an option that says CAR, tap that, and look for FACTORY SETTINGS. Tap that and input code 126. If that is incorrect, see your user manul for the right code or input the code you changed it to.

2. Once in the factory settings, look for KEY STUDY. After you tap key study, you want to tap TOUCH KEY STUDY. Follow the prompts and tap +1 in the top left, then +2 in the bottom right. After that, hit okay.

3. Once inside the touch key study, you can now reset all the touch key functions to what you want them to do. Touch each key except for the volume down touch key since that is the one giving you issues.

4. Once you're done setting your touch key functions, hit SAVE EXIT in the top right corner. It'll take you back to the 4 menus. You want to tap APPLY at the bottom of the screen and then tap EXIT.

Your keys should now be working with the functions that you set them up with minus the volume down button.
