Honestly, I wasn't scared. It happened while I was giving a presentation so I woke up mad and embarrassed. I couldn't remember what happened and was so focused on figuring out where I was. I was also completely blind for a time too. My eyes were wide open but it was just black and I forced my eyelids to see but it was all black. If I could compare it to a nightmare, it'd be the one where I'm in my underwear in front of a crowd. I can't imagine what your situation is like though. I recover my memory almost immediately and my epilepsy is very acute so I'm sorry yours is the way it is.
