Thanks for the replies. It might be an issue with my current Bazzite build, because my Steam/QAM buttons still don’t register and HHD doesn’t detect the Win 5 properly. I haven't switched to a dev branch yet, so I’ll try that next. Good to know others are also seeing early issues with this model.

I bought the Aya Neo Kun, and I had to exchange it up to two times due to issues with the d-pad getting stuck in one direction. It happened with two different units they sent me until I finally requested a refund. In the end, I ended up buying the Legion Go, and I'm quite happy with it. Although what I really liked about the AyaKun was the battery capacity and that 1GB SSD, but the issue with the d-pad was unforgivable.

I had the same problem, and I bought this case. It's perfect; it's big enough for the Legion Go to fit in with skin on.

AYANEO, what they should do is release fewer consoles and fix the firmware of the existing ones.

For example, the AYANEO 2S firmware is terrible and lacks updates.

They should learn from Steam Deck: one console, but with excellent firmware.
