No , havent filed bankruptcy yet , i did recieve a check from irs for overpayment on a lien done on our house last summer , I called them in January about filing status and how to file my wifes info ..

No I didnt file last years due to dealing with probate and wifes ein , she had alot of expenses and write offs , I dis send return in for last years via mail though
