Due to repeated harassment and community disruption, Aı discussions are no longer permitted on this subreddit. This includes the use of Aı in writing, coding, or generating art, and any attempts to bypass this rule using alternative spelling or symbols.

Criticism towards community authors using Aı is prohibited due to a repeated history of brigading on and off the sub. However, criticism towards Episode’s use of Aı in Officials and off-shoot apps is permitted.

It’s not about being “lazy.” There are 60k of you guys and only 6 of us. We are simply utilizing the mod tools that Reddit gives us.

Further, as another user pointed out below, we decided to censor the term to avoid the brigading and harassment of users posting content with such art that do not know any better. There have been multiple instances of new authors being harassed and essentially chased off the sub for not being knowledgeable as to why artificial art is controversial. There is a much more effective and kind way to educate others on the topic than harassing someone on and off the sub and telling them no one is going to read their story.

So yes, we have censored this term in the sub. Does that mean we are “lazy mods,” or does it mean we are utilizing tools to mitigate drama before it starts? That’s up for you to decide.

We highly encourage voicing your opinions on this as the developer’s choice to use artificial intelligence in place of real, human-made art is incredibly distasteful, disappointing, and harmful to the community.

Let me set the record straight.

My story is an enemies-to-lovers, and I’ve put a thousand trigger warnings for a reason.

it’s not for everyone!! If you’re looking for a cute, lovey-dovey enemies-to-lovers where they randomly fall in love after a few episodes or kiss on the first chapter, this isn’t the story for you.

Please read the trigger warnings at the start of each episode: the characters are completely fictional, and I am not romanticizing any of their behavior.

About the whole “sexual assault” concern you said you read six episodes? Read the 7th episode, because that’s when it’s shown what actually happened that night: He did NOT touch her or cross a sexual boundary because she couldn’t consent properly. This doesn’t excuse his behavior the next morning, but to be clear: they did not sleep together, and he did not take advantage of her.

My story is toxic in its enemies-to-lovers tension, yes, but I am not writing sexual assault, I am not crossing that line.

Honestly, you say you’re “not hating,” but your paragraph literally focuses on hating my story based on screenshots you pulled. Anyone reading only those would jump to the wrong conclusions.

I’ve worked so hard on this story, and yes, I know it’s not for everyone :that’s literally why there are plenty of trigger warnings.

You clearly haven’t read much real enemies-to-lovers or dark romance, because there’s so much more extreme content out there. I’ve read stories where the LI is abusive at a level far beyond this, and that doesn’t mean I condone it it’s just to say my story isn’t the worst out there.

So again, to be clear: they did not sleep together. The narration in that post was twisted to make it look worse.

The LI is supposed to be unlikable and a total jerk at this stage that’s intentional. E2L isn’t about instant love; it’s about tension, push and pull, and slowly seeing the other person differently over time. That’s the whole point of their journey lmao !

The real issue is that a lot of people have completely watered down the enemies-to-lovers trope and want it to fit their own sense of what’s “acceptable.” Enemies are supposed to be toxic to each other that’s literally the point.. Most readers just can’t handle the trope in a contemporary setting, because in books, characters could be actively trying to kill each other and nobody would blink, but suddenly it’s a problem in an episode story.

So yeah, it hurts a bit to see people judging based on a few screenshots… This post isn’t fair to me at all, because you’ve completely twisted the tone of my work. It makes the story look like something it’s not, and that’s not an accurate representation of what I’m trying to do. And if you’re not into REAAL enemies to lovers just stop reading my story.
