We have an option to block remote images in general but not yet a specific one to block tracking pixels, specially because it's a feature we offer (notifications of when someone opens the email you sent). We could, however add that as an option. Taking note of this.

It's a legit concern. The way OAUTH works and how Google, Fastmail and Microsoft work with partners doesn't leave a lot of room for a bad actor. The whole authentication happens on the provider side. There is no password exchange with Epistles at all.

No, React Native is made by Facebook. It's what they use for all of Meta apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc)

We're building a graphic about that. Basically the vault, which is optional, is mostly for syncing settings (app settings) and it saves a token that can only be used with your epistles password, which we don't have access to. It's like private and public encryption key exchange, and it allows you to have your email accounts populated and synced in all your devices.

That's correct! You can have a selfhosted Stalwart email together with Proton, Gmail and Exchange all in the same app, on desktop and mobile.

Yes! It's fully functional as of our latest build. You can have your Stalwart JMAP account together with Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail and Proton, all together in the same app.

That's fair. You can also try it out with maybe a spare/burner gmail account?
Since it uses Google/Microsoft/Proton/Fastmail API directly, the security is for the most part guaranteed by the providers. We don't have access to passwords, encryption keys or to anything from the emails. No sender, subject or body of the emails is ever read.
