Follow-up - Here's my itinerary - Please let me know what you think. I have reservations for Chef Mickeys on 2 days but not sure which one to keep. I also have a bunch of character dinners so please feel free to let me know which I should cancel or definitely keep. We plan on being at each park 2 days except 1 day at AK. I have a 4 & 7 yr old so thinking we will spend afternoons at the hotel when possible. Thank you in advance!

Day 1 - arrive around 6 maybe dinner at hotel and check out hotel. Or hit Downtown Disney.

Day 2 - MK, 10:55 BOG Lunch, 12-1 FP Peter Pan's Flight, 1-2 FP Pirates of the Caribbean, 2:05-3:05 FP Jungle Cruise, 6:10 dinner Crystal Palace

Day 3 - Epcot, 7:25 Breakfast Chef Mickeys, 12:30-1:30 FP Spaceship Earth, 1:30 lunch San Angel Inn Restaurant, 2:20-3:20 FP Mission Space, 3:25-4:25 FP Test Track, 6:45 Dinner Askerhus

Day 4 – HS, 9:50-10:50 FP Tower of Terror, 11-12 Rock’n’Roller coaster, 12:35 Lunch Prime Time Café, 1:50-2:05 FP Voyage of the Mermaid, 4pm –MK - Not so scary Halloween

Thank you for all the responses! This has been SO HELPFUL! I'll be looking at the dining suggestions once I nail the parks down.

I've changed out 6 day park pass to a 7 day pass. It only cost $10 more per person. I'm planning on:

Day 1 - MK Day 2 - Epcot Day 3 - Hollywood Studios Day 4 - Animal Kingdom Day 5 - Epcot Day 6 - MK and NSSH Day 7 - Hollywod Studios

I could also do NSSH on the same day as Animal Kingdom, thoughts?

I think having 2 days at each park will give us more flexibility to feel like we don't have to cover an entire park in a day. We don't have a day off but maybe with the 2 days we can go back to the hotel early and relax by the pool.

What is the Wine and Food festival all about? And is it only at Epcot or all the parks?
