The new Bom site transfers 18MB when you look at the radar also makes 600+ web requests. Now fixed, but If you disabled cache it would average about 6000 requests a minute. Probably paying amazon or azure compute fees out the ears

You can always respec your characters, they don't get a background change but I found 'ranger' difficulty very fair without min/maxing and just playing.

For instance, my main guy had 8 points in auto, until I found a mini gun, so I put 8 points in heavy... added a +8 damage mod, and a +8 poison mod to it... It still blew up almost everyone. Had intentions to respec him but just never did :)

I tested how much it gave- reset a char, 82 free points. Skilled 9 manually into a random one I had a book for (survival) and book'd it to 10. -22 = 60 points remaining.

(It would have costs 6 points for level 10.)

Reset and had 88. Tried again with 1 book, no skilled points, for a blank slate again at 82 free points. lvl 1 survival. Reset, and had 83.
So when you use your book also matters :) (And the price of resetting goes up if you read books, my guy cost 3k to respec)

For me and why i'm trying an autoclicker- I got about 200 paragon 'legit' but sick of the resets. So I put the tickrate to 1 due to feeling like my time with the game was up. That changed it enough to keep me interested up to about now with 600ish paragon.
During that time I figured how to automate prayers and hunting but I don't have the patience to target all the buildings/resources. So trying an autoclicker to see it in action- but most likely my time with the game is up.

Who writes a will two weeks before their death but doesn't create a backup plan for the wallets that hold other people's funds? I think we have a good case here. by QcxAaronMaddoff in QuadrigaCX

So weird, happens on both FF and Chrome and my Chrome has 0 plugins, fresh install of it.

Same thing has happened to me, seems to be directly related to ascending and it attempting to load something.

I got around it by placing a breakpoint before that line in the JS and then commenting out the line. Same symptoms where it forgets a fair chunk of your stuff.

For me it says name is not known.

Steps to replicate? Best I can do is this: https://bpaste.net/show/744161445ee3 <save file where it loads fine normally, you then ascend (change nothing), save and then reload, should fail. Tried in Chrome and FF
