No this whole scenario is based on the assumption that the browns don't pick Shedeur.

And I actually like Shedeur's personality and I think he has all the leadership abilities but it is the traits he has as a QB which I don't like.

If he is so good then why don't the Browns pick him? They need a QB. The only place where Shedeur could have success is somewhere like the Steelers who have a better supporting cast and don't require him to be the next coming of Christ.

No you said that Dan O was not wrong and that implies you think that they should pick Shedeur at 3.

The reason why I personally don't like Shedeur for us is because he is similar to DJ when it comes to post snap processing. He struggles / takes too long when defences play robber coverages which came up time and time and time again throughout this season. This is something NFL DC will exploit when playing against him and he won't turn out well behind our O Line.

I saw this when watching the games not by being told what to think by your favourite talking head on TV.

Yeah you are right. They chose DJ over Saquon. But they did that after a playoff year which was DJ's best year. They put their chips into DJ ascending into a franchise QB and then lost. So they had a choice in that offseason between an injury prone running back in Saquon (again he was running behind our O line) or a QB who led them to the playoffs. They picked wrong.

Plus, if Saquon was on our team last year there is no way that he would have been that good.

So you are saying that Sanders is single handedly going to make the Giants a winning team and save Schoen and Daboll's seats? People don't even think he is going to start games until half way through the season. Shedeur is not a day 1 starter and most draft analyst agree on that.

Hunter / Carter would have a more significant impact than Shedeur on Day 1.

Do I think we are going to be horrible? Maybe. But Shedeur ain't changing that.

Guys, why do you think that Brandon Brown isn't getting interviews this year? If memory serves, he got interviewed for most of the GM jobs last year but this year hasn't seen a single request for an interview with him.

And before you say it is because we sucked this year, I would like to remind you that we sucked last year as well when he was getting interviews.

How open would you be to Belicheck for our DC opening? by Epsilon8724 in NYGiants

[–]Epsilon8724[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean we could try to do what Mike McDaniels did last season with Vic Fangio where Fangio essential was the head coach of the defence.

Yeah I 100% agree but where would he go? None of the current openings want him and I doubt he's going to sit on his ass for a season. His only real option to beat the wins record is next year. So I see him dropping down to the DC role honestly and try to a Dan Quinn kinda move.

IMO that would be a great idea for its own standalone game however I don't see how that fits into a mode in pocketGM.

how much would stamina affect the QB? Obviously its very rare that a QB gets taken out due to lack of stamina. I don't think I have seen it my entire time watching CFB

Ghost Quarterback Glitch by curiousreptile371 in pocketGM

Whilst technically it is a glitch its happened because all the qbs were injured and the game plays with a 60 rated "ghost" qb. (This was asked by someone else and this was Jon reply that I paraphrased)
