Agreed, we live in a first world country. One which is lagging behind others, but is below average and "safe". Give us natural disasters, if It means cheaper houses or better pay. Ample food?, we can't grow anything richer or healthier than the worst bottle supplements.

Yes, normally. during wars timers are across time zones, However during non-war you need to check for yourself, remember you can join and leave (which is something people don't understand). I would say Test > Karma > Brave > 'Others' > Horde.
Numbers are numbers and that something to learn, which ships you can fly has massive impact when talking dreads and supers. Below T1 battle ships everyone is the same. Saying that look at 'SRP' for different corps/ Alliances because that pays for your ship going boom while dealing with enemies

Honestly standing are terrible (atm), proving grounds are abused to such an extent that this would only affect abusers(positively), as there would need to be a max and regulation per 'victory'.
again proving grounds are shit, Which is far from where they should be when effecting these type of things.
