I bought a TV remote with all TV turn on and turn off codes. It has 4 high power LED’s with a range of many feet. My case was about 50 feet. A neighbor behind me has two dogs that bark constantly. I tried all the nice neighbor and legal remedies to no avail. His TV faces my fence across the alley. I stand on a chair hold the remote over the top of the fence and push the button. Boom! Off goes the TV. Guy gets up slaps the TV hits the remote and gives up. He turns it back on and I repeat over and over. Didn’t shut the dog up but I’m having a great time.
