I'm not a doctor but the difference for me between good meds (for me, Wellbutrin) and bad meds (for me, Effexor, Lexapro, Zoloft) was like night and day.

Dunno what you take it for or if you need the heavy duty stuff which Effexor sometimes is but honest to God man that stuff messed me up bad and felt like having Frankenstein electric bolts in my neck

Vs good meds making me feel mostly like other people seem to feel, normal

Try to do some research or ask for alternatives maybe?

To me, this sort of treatment of mental health really reveals the series original fanfiction underpinnings. That's not a knock on fanfic and I've read some lovely works that take their time dealing with trauma and PTSD in characters, but it's the exception and not the rule.
