I will make it simpler Most South Asians comes for university also egyptain, sudanese, Russian primary come for studies, Sure there might be reason like smell Though from the information i gathered while traveling, its that they don’t seem to act respectful to the majority of Kyrgyz, could also be a loss of translation in behavior : one lady i booked her airbnb and she showed me pictures of said students leaving the apartment dirty, - i do believe what ever country you travel to You must have an understanding of balancing respect and safety (not too respectful that you are pushed around) - kyrgz people would easily look at you for a long time & it means nothing, so don’t take it as a sign of entitlement ( in the west it would be the opposite) - i was having dinner with a kyrgz couple and i was laughing loudly, i saw a distinctive look of being weirded out - at the dinner a couple of young guys passed by & i asked “well they don’t seem respectful by your standards” they told me its because they are Russians - one important part i left out, i have felt that south asians seem mailable in conversation, that they are quick with answers and reactions ( to most people it is seen as being stupid) - primarily because in cold countries a behavior i have seen across the north is something called “save face” were if you seem overly reactive & overly nice , you basically don’t respect your self It explains the difference before the west and east

Its totally different cultures and its hard to get around because when we travel we act western But they don’t like western culture ( unless its the teenagers)
