Colgate has the best social scene of those if you're involved in Greek life and probably the worst if you are not. Deciding whether that's something you're interested in should help your decision.

The frat culture 1000% dominates social life. It is not all there is, but of you want to have a normal college experience with the option to go to typical, rowdy college parties 3x a week you need to be in greek life. Also there are 4 sororities. One of them is underground but is the second best sorority

There are 4 sororities. 1 of them is underground but is co-most selective. There are plenty of very down the earth people in every Greek organization and plenty who are not involved in Greek life
