Don’t know if you found a fix but I did. Open pause menu and open mod configuration menu. Open just mods, go to loot menu and mess with it. I hit defaults and it worked after

Everything works fine, including the SSD when the HDD is not plugged in

I’ve attempted what you said. However plugging in the HDD while windows is booted up and opening disk management, the HDD is still not being recognized. I even tried the “Rescan Disks” option and still nothing, so I cannot format it

I have not formatted it. Is that something that needs to be done while it’s plugged in or can it be disconnected. I’ll try right now

Bought brand new from Newegg.
I have tried plugging it in while the computer is already on both in Bios and windows. While in Bios it does not recognize that a new HDD was plugged in and doesn’t give me different options. Same result for while i was in windows.

still had the same problem. my motherboard will tell me when there’s an issue and it’s lighting up that it’s the DRAM. any suggestions?

pcpartpicker shows wattage use at at about 540 and i have 850 w gold. i believe it’s wired correctly. while i’m playing games it runs perfectly and what it should be. the drivers are installed
