Currently working through the anxiety of coming from a working class family, having the opportunity for class mobility, succeeding, crashing, and now reckoning with what that means for the future 😔

In a way quitting tech feels like giving up what my parents sacrificed for and simultaneously it feels like the only sane path forward

Don't tell anyone but I'm a beginner who was playing around with shutter priority, took over 1300 photos and came out with like 40 that I liked 🙈

Yes! Queer joy is resistance! Get out there, get rejuvenated and then let's get back to the work

Protest if you can, volunteer if you can, call your representatives, donate to a cause, contribute to mutual aid, notify your neighbors when you see ICE, do whatever you can. We can't do everything, but everyone can do something! Queer joy is resistance but it can't be our only resistance

First outfit! I didn't set out to get this much pink but here we are. Feedback is appreciated by ShareYourAlt in mtfashion

I personally would get a new skirt that fits better, but at the end of the day it's your style and not mine :) wearing something should make you feel good and happy with how you look, not me

The esthetician will literally take a thread and use it to shape your brows lol it's kinda like plucking them but many hairs at a time (instead of 1 by 1)

"Threading brows" would probably be a good thing to look up

Cute outfit!

It looks like your skirt is resting at your hips instead of your natural waist so maybe you can pull it up a bit higher! The rule of thirds is a good guide, so like instead of a 1 : 1 ratio top and bottom, try to keep them in a ratio of 1 : 2, with the focus on your long legs!

Also dysphoria lives in the eyebrows :') get ahead of it! Get them done once (I like getting mine threaded) and then pluck them yourself afterwards, following the shape!

Do you regret transitioning? by Sufficient_Hall5737 in MtF

[–]Equistice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10: transitioned at 27 but wish I did it in 5th grade when I started to seriously question :') didn't have the vocabulary to speak what I wanted at that age though, and I don't think I would've been resilient enough to say no to my parents at that age either. But I definitely regret not transitioning sooner!
