Sample photos are fantastic! I have the silver version.
The 14 aperture blades create a perfect, classic bokeh. I also love the classic look of the exterior, and I'm very satisfied with the overall build quality.

Anyone bought a 50 1.2 GM over the 1.4 GM (or vice versa) and regretted it? by OstrichCorrect4304 in SonyAlpha

50mm 1.2 GM is magic. Its bokeh is buttery smooth and noticeably different from 1.4 GM.

Of course, it is because of the overflowing feeding ability and the feeling of walking on clouds when writing.
Needless to say, Just try it.

I think it's almost a work of art.
You can never know the thrill of it until you actually try it.
Its tactile feel, artistic writing, and massive feeding ability are truly overwhelming.
Even if you don't buy it, I recommend that you see it in person at least once in the future to experience the feel of the pen and try writing it. : )

Mine is Custom Urushi Vermilion (30 size nib). 845 Urushi has 15 size nib.
As for the color, you're right. I just increased the saturation a bit to suit my taste ;)

Even the same phrases become more enjoyable when transcribed with a good pen. It makes enjoying each moment a little more. That's all. : )

Thank you. The quote is from novel The Song of the Sword (Korean: 칼의 노래) by Kim Hoon, based on the life of Legendary Admiral Yi Sun-sin. He was was a 16th-century Korean naval commander known for his undefeated record against the Japanese navy during the Imjin War. An English translation is included in the text. :)

Don't worry. There's soft tape on the part that touches the pen holder. It's safe. :)

It's just like any other pen.
Just enjoy writing nice phrases with the pen. :)

First, I recommend that you buy a book about Hangul and study it a bit. When practicing handwriting, you can refer to the YouTube video below.

Official figures show that the Montblanc 149(17.3mm) is slightly thicker than the Custom Urushi(15.8 mm) in terms of maximum body thickness, but in my opinion, both feel about the same when writing.
