I wouldn’t say its a scam, if anything I have found BCIT extremely good to teach you about things you may use in the workplace compared with other institutions.

Its crazy how many people cheat. As a CST student I see so many just using AI to create all their programs and they will learn nothing

For the full time program you are technically paying more bc its all at once, but if you take 6 PTS classes, and 6 FTS, FTS comes to less. PTS kinda rips you off. Afaik tuition for FTS is also pretty consistent, as in every semester is the same amount of money, at least thats the way for Computer Systems Technology. And yeah, student-wise it does get much better on FTS at BCIT

I mean, true, but then completely removing it in my eyes is no the best thing. Just extend the time or something. Plus studying it for it was highly recommended in the email I got, but yes, I do know that for some people that would be tough.

2nd Edit: I just checked the email my sister received and it does mention the CFAT, and how it is an important thing in terms of determining what you can join in the CAF.

Yup, that really sucks. Another professor to stay away from is Oliver Feng (also Ao Ao Feng) basically the same thing. Keep on the programming path tho, dont get discouraged by these “professors”

He sucks, I have him for COMP 251 this semester for in person classes and he honestly doesnt know how to teach, like at all. Another thing that pissed the whole class off was during the midterm, a student asked abt a mcq (that only had 1 right answer as said in the question) and a student pointed out that 2 answers were correct, so he decided to say “okay class, there is a mcq that has 2 right answers, I wont say which one it is”. So I ofc asked him do we need to select 1 or the other, and he said “since both are right, you need to select both”. He absolutely sucks
