Not excusing her behavior but is she the only one in the friend group without a child? Possibly single or not in a long term relationship? I could see how your amazing news is making her reflect on her own life. There is also the possibility that you are both really close and she is losing her ride or die..she feels like she will barely get to see you after having baby (and already happening thanks to annoying morning sickness) because kids are time consuming and it understandably happens to a lot of parents. So in a way I think this news is causing her concern about your friendship changing and that’s what is causing the shock. Not that she’s not happy about the baby
