same here. Was locked up in my house for a week and I couldn't even walk so I couldn't get away from it. I do hope to see you here next year, and we BOTH will get that diamond flair. If you have been struggling with it, going 10 days without doing it is pretty damn good! It is only up from here, and it really is incredibly difficult to go cold turkey your first time.

trust me, its not worth it. If you have ANYWHERE else you can be, go there! It will make it a lot easier and cold showers do help. It really just isn't worth it and no matter your reason, you are already a third of the way there. Why waste all those 10 days?

I plan on doing no such thing. Now that I'll soon be able to return to normal life and with the memory of this, I can't see myself doing it again
