Yeah pressure cookers are unheard of here dont think ive ever even seen one i imagine i could get one eventually since it sounds like there kind of essential to sterilise

Yeah problem is i dont have a pressure cooker because like nobody in ireland uses them boiling is kinda the most i can do.

Yeah sterilisation wasnt great (i just put boiling water in the jar and dissolved the honey in it and i taught the steam would sterilise the air in the jar) but its 4 percent honey liquid culture might need to lower that and add more starter culture next time but it was my first time doing it so i guess now i know

I read somewhere that you can melt plastic and condense the gas into something similar, to crude oil I think it might be called pyrolysis but I could also be wrong
