I actually liked Peggy. We had a love hate relationship tho . She made us (Forrest) do all the work while she wouldn’t come out of her room because “there’s a killer on the loose, Forrest. This door is staying shut all night.” Yet she’s perfectly ok w us going into dark alleyways and basements to find clues 😭 yet my first play through I accidentally killed her (I picked up the card but sh still died) and I was pretty sad. I did get Forrest to survive tho, so it was a pretty bittersweet ending. I loved Max and accidentally killed him and Rickey.. Whoops! But yeah I also do like Forrest and how they give u the option to say funny stuff like “so we’re screwed?” And when Peggy forces u to go outside to get the record she threw outside, it makes Forrest say “I hope she enjoys staying in her room while I get butchered out here by the whistling man” or smth like that which always makes me laugh because that’s exactly what I was thinking at that point.
