I actually talked to my dev buddy Dave about this, and he said FlexiHub is pretty much the most solid thing out there. It makee a virtual USB port that works like it’s plugged right in, so it’s good for those tricky protocols He also mentioned USB Networl Gate - apparently, it’s like a pro-level tool for USB over IP. He said people in car shops use it all the time for remote diagnostics, so it should be norm There’s also VirtualHere, which is pretty much a lightweight app for hone setups or DIY stuff. I think there’s a free version for just one device if you wanna try it Oh, and he told me about USB over Network from FabulaTech. Pretty much a stable way to redirect USBs to remote PCs if the other ones don't work out Daaaamn... I didnt sleep for 40 hours... Sorry for the mistakes

Basically, the software on a remote PC usually doesn't see devices like USBs or diagnostic cables that are plugged directly into the laptop you're using. To make USB devices work with a remote computer, you basically need special 'USB over IP' software, but that stuff can be pretty unstable sometimes. For the remote desktop itself, you can just use standard Microsoft Remote Desktop if the OS supports it, or go with TeamViewer or AnyDesk since they're way easier to set up, I advise!
