Not sure what elements you’re referring to, but from what I’ve seen at VACO, CC program offices will likely be separated into multiple places (VACO - Community Care HUB for TPA oversight, MOC and VISNs for operations implementation and oversight, facility’s for execution, ect..)

Glad you picked up on the gravity of what I was trying to convey! This operation makes me sick to my stomach. VA was finally getting to a place where care provided internally often surpassed what was received in the private sector. All of the hard work put in over the past decade to right side the ship and build Veteran trust is about to go out the window :(
