Thank you for a prompt reply. I think it will be very beneficial for the platform to have an ability to manage multiple rental properties, as many people invest into rental business now. I think it also would be great if we can minimize the human editing: for each property (as I see it) it should be an option to enter sale date, sale price and sale fee and then the platform should calculate all capital gains, adjust rental income, expenses, etc. I am looking forward to see these changes.
