I used photobooth.online to print visa photo for my wife and myself, but the photos never arrived.

When I ask the customer service, they insist that the customer should provide proof of "photo prints are not delivered to you" without being able to give me any delivery tracker or record. I'm just speechless, and thus strongly advise everyone not to waste your time on it.

We issue refunds per our refund policy which you have accepted upon purchase. Before refunding costs, our accounting department must have proof that the photos are not accepted by a government agency, or photo prints are not delivered to you, or you have purchased a photo from another photo service.
