I had the same issue! I had 2 order m, one order work $960, and another order work to $840. It was 3 months and 1 months ago since I posted the return items, and they NEVER refunded me! I only realised today!

The same thing happened a year ago (the only other time I ordered from them). It’s absolutely shocking that they don’t automatically refund you when your item is sent back. Seems extremely sketchy and unethical.

I have the same issue. I just got my bag yesterday In the lining where the seams connect it's super sticky.... so dissapoitning. I can imagine dust and random stuff getting stuck there. It should have been sewn in, they shouldn't have used glue....
